Patented Main Boom Technology
The patented Python main boom enables on-deck maintenance and the fitting of a temporary manual hoist for foundation commission work and man-riding attachment. This innovative design enhances operational efficiency and safety.
Maintenance and Environmental Benefits
The Davit crane’s design, which avoids the use of hydraulics, significantly reduces maintenance costs by approximately 60%. It also eliminates the environmental risks associated with hydraulic systems, such as venting or failures.
No Working at Height Required
Key components like the hoist, slew bearing, electrical control panel, and front sheave are all accessible from the laydown area or the WTG steps, ensuring safety by eliminating the need for working at height.
Versatile and Robust Design
The crane offers a range of capabilities with a radius of 2m to 8m, lift heights up to 40m, and the capacity to easily switch from 1te to 3te without additional equipment. All materials and components are certified for offshore use and conform to all relevant standards for Lifting Appliances in a Marine Environment. Our paint system is to ISO 12944 CX or NORSOK M501. Our man-riding emergency descent is to Applicable Standard Safety systems include automatic and manual override protection (AOPS and MOPS).
